My houseboat siding was growing mushrooms! I planned for a mid-summer repair, knowing the walls would need to be opened up. Charlie and his crew showed up as planned in early June and worked diligently every day until the job was finished a month later. This was in stark contrast to my experience with other contractors who showed up occasionally, stringing a two-week job out to 9 months! Charlie remodeled my kitchen and put in a new patio with overhead heater for me. As you can see from the pictures, it turned out beautifully. What you can’t see is what a pleasure it was to work with Charlie. Once the project started, he showed up every day and worked diligently until the project was completed (which happened on time)! He was a good communicator and brought issues and ambiguous parts of the plan to me, rather than proceeding down the wrong path. When problems came up, he quickly addressed them. He also has great attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship was very high. Lastly, I was living in the house through the remodel, and he bent over backward to keep the kitchen as usable as possible during the project and did a great job protecting the rest of the house from the mess of the construction. The bathroom project began with a relatively major repair when accumulated and undetected water finally caused the bathroom tiles to collapse. Charlie Warner came highly recommended but we did our due diligence, receiving three bids. His was by far the most complete so the repair began with Charlie at the helm.

Unplanned and unanticipated repairs, I soon learned, are tricky. Once the “crisis” has abated, the “opportunity” phase begins which in this case meant the bathroom I really wanted began to emerge in my consciousness. Charlie handled the change of plans with ease, guiding each step of the move from repair to remodel with ease and within a few weeks created a beautiful and functional space from a boring little bathroom.

Charlie possesses a unique combination of creativity and precision that translates to a aesthetically pleasing, high quality product.
